The support and service from this company are terrible. Whenever I need help, I end up waiting over two days. And the responses I get are useless.

I submitted an invoice and waited more than 24 hours for approval, only to have it rejected.

The second time I sent an invoice to my customer, it’s been over 24 hours and it’s still pending. My customer has already canceled the order.

When I reached out via live chat, they told me to contact support on WhatsApp. I messaged them, and even though I see they’re online, they never read or replied to my message.

I spent nearly $1500 for nothing. They gave me access to XERO.com with a username and password, and a free account from creditblu.com for online banking, but you can sign up for both sites for free without paying Rentacompany.com.

I recall paying either 299 or 399 euros for a company bank account, and I still don’t have admin access to xero.com. I can’t add or create my products. I’m at a loss here. They’re not providing any service. Support even suggested I take down this review, claiming that other reviews might be fake. Please trust me, you can reach out to me on Facebook under the name Panu Pan if you need more details.

I really need my money back from them because I’ve been waiting for almost 20 days, and I have to pay 699 per month. With just a few days left, my invoice is still pending.

This company is a scam. I want my money back. I will notify my bank for a chargeback.

Can you show me actual proof of my "criminal history"? I mean real evidence that would hold up in a courtroom, not that bogus article you sent me with my details and photo from your site.

Unlike you, I can support every single claim I make with solid proof, and I’d be more than willing to see you in court.

You don’t have a compliance or security department; you’re just running a scam, and I can demonstrate it. Go ahead, challenge me!

How can we have faith in a company that can't share their Terms & Conditions or any contract for us to look over? Seriously, do you expect me to purchase a service from your site when the only details available are what's written on the webpage?

I've reached out multiple times, and they still haven't been able to send me the terms of service or any contract to check out.

Oh, and just a heads up, they seem to be offering discounts to folks who leave positive reviews. ;)

Back in November 2019, I 'rented' a service from this company for $49. Fast forward 8 months, and suddenly my account gets disabled outta nowhere. I reached out to customer support, and they told me it was due to inactivity, suggesting I should buy it again with a monthly fee. There’s no mention of this in their terms of service, and honestly, I couldn’t find any info about it on their site either. I shot them a question, but guess what? No response. And then I see this big yellow banner on Trustpilot saying they’ve removed a bunch of fake reviews. That pretty much sums up my thoughts on this company. Just steer clear, folks.

And get this, we just got a negative review from them claiming we’re frauds. Is this really how you run a business?

The service here is top-notch, and they accept all kinds of payment options like credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. This whole process is fantastic; it’s gonna help me and a lot of folks out there. It’s really gonna boost everyone’s knowledge and turn out to be super handy for all.
